<p><a href="/tags/floyd-mayweather" class="text-word" target="_blank" >Floyd Mayweather</a>&#8217;s jeweler Shuki International said that Jake Paul is lying about their <a href="https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/643128-jake-paul-confronted-by-floyd-mayweather-in-miami-watch" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">recent altercation in Miami</a>. For those unaware, the two rivals ran into each other after a Miami Heat game and exchanged words- almost punches. On Paul&#8217;s side of the story, he said that Floyd and 50 people from his entourage waited to confront the social media provocateur outside the stadium. Upon seeing the large crowd, he says that he ran because it was too many to fight, while fronting that it&#8217;s not that he was scared. However, given that Shuki was there at the time of the incident, he said things were actually much different.</p>



<p>&#8220;Jake is exaggerating,&#8221; the jeweler told <em>TMZ</em> in an exclusive clip. Also, he claimed that neither the boxer nor his crew sought out Paul, chalking up the crossover to a complete coincidence. &#8220;We just finished the game, pulled out, and Jake was there. Floyd was with his eight bodyguards. And [Jake] just run like a rabbit.&#8221; The feud seems to not be slowing down anytime soon, especially given Paul <a href="https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/380895-jake-paul-reveals-why-floyd-mayweather-isnt-on-his-hit-list-news" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">doubling down on it</a>.</p>

<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m tough,&#8221; he said while responding to coverage of the incident and explaining his perspective and account. &#8220;I don&#8217;t need to prove my toughness, but I&#8217;m not f***ing dumb. I&#8217;m not gonna sit there and try to fight 50 dudes.&#8221; Furthermore, he claims that he fled because he was responding to acts, appearances, or threats of aggression. Still, from Shuki&#8217;s tale, it seems that he might&#8217;ve just spotted Floyd and ran away to avoid <a href="https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/338241-floyd-mayweather-vs-jake-paul-fight-remains-a-possibility-news" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">a larger confrontation</a>. </p>



<p>Despite that, the jeweler actually suggested that there are some unpaid debts when it comes to their feud. Moreover, he seemed to suggest that the coincidental encounters could become maliciously planned if Paul doesn&#8217;t apologize. &#8220;He&#8217;s gotta do the right thing,&#8221; he told <em>TMZ</em>, affirming that Floyd still has beef with Paul for <a href="https://www.hotnewhiphop.com/333570-floyd-mayweather-puts-jake-paul-in-headlock-after-getting-hat-snatched-news" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">stealing his hat</a>. &#8220;He&#8217;s gotta respect the world champion.&#8221; Whatever happens next, Shuki seems to be trying to tell us that this was just the beginning.
