<p>According to <em>TMZ</em>, Bell has been training exceptionally hard for this upcoming fight. In the video above, which was posted to his Instagram story, you can see that he is engaging in some intense and insane workouts. For instance, you can see an exercise ball being dropped on his abs. Overall, this looks extremely painful, and Bell could feel the full extent of that pain. He was grimacing and making noises which is evidence that he was extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say, he wants to win this fight real bad.</p>



<p>Boxing workouts are some of the most intense in the sports world. Ultimately, it seems like Bell wants to practice taking body shots, and this is his way of doing it.
